To preserve marketplace integrity and reduce fraud/scams, transactions or communications intended to move a purchase outside Xaysi are strictly prohibited. Keeping sales on-platform ensures users benefit from Xaysi’s dispute resolution and support systems.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited to maintain marketplace integrity and protect our community.
Off-Platform Offers
Sellers may not offer or complete transactions outside the Xaysi marketplace (e.g., via email, messaging apps, or other platforms).
Encouraging Off-Platform Purchases
Sellers must not direct buyers to complete purchases through other platforms or websites. All transactions should remain within Xaysi’s secure environment.
Redirecting Transactions
Sellers may not use QR codes, links, or other methods to encourage purchases outside the Xaysi marketplace.
Altering Transactions
Once a transaction is initiated on Xaysi, it must be completed on-platform. Sellers may not adjust prices after a transaction begins to bypass fees.
Misrepresentation & Unauthorized Use
Sellers must represent items and location accurately. Unauthorized use of another user’s account is prohibited.
Consequences
Violations may result in enforcement actions including penalties, suspension or termination of accounts, and (where applicable) legal action.
