You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services independently. Users aged 13–17 may use the Services only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian (who must be the account holder). Users under 13 are not permitted.

Xaysi’s Role as a Marketplace

Xaysi facilitates transactions between buyers and independent sellers. Purchases are made from sellers, not from Xaysi itself.

  • Independent Transactions: Buyer ↔ Seller, not Buyer ↔ Xaysi.
  • No Pre-screening: Xaysi does not pre-screen listings and does not endorse products.
  • Seller Policies: Processing, shipping, and returns vary by seller.
  • Custom Orders: If you provide materials, you are responsible for accuracy/quality.
  • Flagging Listings: You can report listings/sellers for review if issues arise.

Communication with Sellers

Xaysi provides messaging to communicate with sellers about products, orders, and shipping.

Acceptable Use of Messaging

Do not use messages for spam, harassment, discrimination, or to attempt off-platform transactions.

Harassment & Discrimination: Prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Making a Purchase

  • Review Details: Read descriptions and seller policies before purchase.
  • Payment: You agree to pay the listed price plus applicable fees.
  • Shipping Info: Keep addresses accurate to avoid delays.

Returns and Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: Only sellers may cancel orders; buyers may request cancellation.
  • EU/UK Withdrawal: Certain buyers may have legal rights to cancel within 14 days for many physical items.

  • Eligible Issues: Non-arrival, damage, or items not as described.
