We take immediate action against harassment, discrimination, and hateful content. Serious or repeated violations may lead to account termination.

Harassment Policy

Prohibited Behavior

Harassment in any form is not allowed on Xaysi Marketplace. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Disclosure of personal information / doxxing: Sharing someone’s private details without consent to intimidate, harass, or threaten.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery: Sharing intimate content without consent for any purpose.
  • Threats and extortion: Blackmail, coercion, or demanding information/benefits under threat.
  • Sexual harassment: Unwanted sexual advances, inappropriate messages, or content.
  • Insults and offensive language: Abusive language meant to demean or intimidate others.
  • Coordinated harassment: Group attacks intended to shame, intimidate, or threaten someone.
  • Stalking: Repeated contact after a user requests no further communication.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies across all areas of Xaysi, including:

  • Listings and shops: product listings, images, descriptions, shop policies, announcements.
  • Community spaces: forums, groups, comments, public discussions.
  • Direct messages: all private communications between users.
  • Support interactions: communication with Xaysi customer service.

Discrimination & Hateful Content Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Use. By using Xaysi Marketplace, you agree to follow these rules.

Protected Characteristics

Discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics is prohibited, including:

Hateful Content

If you see discriminatory or hateful content, report it immediately. We investigate reports and take action when needed.

If you encounter a listing that violates our Prohibited Items Policy (including hate speech or hate-group affiliation), use the “Report this item” option in the listing.
