Community Policy
1. Participation in the Xaysi Inc. Community
Xaysi Inc.’s community spaces include both public and members-only areas where buyers, sellers, and partners can engage. To participate, users must be at least 18 years of age. By using these spaces, you agree to:
- Respect Privacy: Do not share private or personally identifiable information, including transaction details, personal contact data, or private messages.
- Confidentiality: Do not disclose private conversations with Xaysi Inc. representatives.
- Transparency: Be honest about your identity and intentions; misrepresentation is prohibited.
- Respect & Civility: Treat others respectfully. Do not publicly disparage members or staff; handle disagreements constructively.
- Non-Interference: Do not interfere with other businesses, spam, or post unsolicited promotions or external links.
- Prohibition of Harmful Content: No content that promotes violence, hatred, or illegal activities.
- Legal Compliance: Follow relevant laws and respect intellectual property rights.
2. Community Forums
Forums are spaces for open dialogue, idea exchange, and mutual support. When participating, you agree to:
- Constructive Contributions: Keep posts helpful and aimed at supporting the community.
- Respectful Tone: Communicate with empathy; written tone can be misinterpreted.
- Staying on Topic: Keep posts relevant to the discussion.
- Permanency: Forum posts may remain accessible even if removed later.
- Moderation: Xaysi Inc. may remove posts and take action when content violates policy.
3. Direct Messaging
Direct messaging supports private communication. When using it, you agree to:
- Respectful Messaging: No abusive, threatening, or discriminatory messages.
- No Spam: No unsolicited promotional messages or advertisements.
- Report Inappropriate Content: Report harmful or inappropriate messages for review.
4. Branding Guidelines
Users involved in team initiatives or community projects must follow branding rules:
- Logo Usage: Teams may reference Xaysi Inc. in names but may not use the Xaysi Inc. logo independently. Use a disclaimer like: “Organized by a group of Xaysi Inc. sellers.”
- Branding Approval: Xaysi Inc. does not pre-approve branding but may intervene if branding causes confusion or violates trademark policy.
5. Consequences for Policy Violations
Violations may lead to temporary or permanent loss of community access, account restrictions, or account termination. If your account is suspended or terminated, you forfeit the right to participate in marketplace and community spaces.
