To keep buyers and sellers protected, transactions and payments must stay on Xaysi Marketplace. Off-platform deals are not covered.
Transaction Safety Policy
At Xaysi Inc., the security and integrity of transactions within our marketplace are top priorities. We provide secure payment processing, platform protections, and dispute resolution tools designed specifically for transactions completed through Xaysi.
These protections do not extend to transactions conducted outside of the Xaysi Marketplace. To maintain a safe and trusted environment, off-platform transactions are strictly prohibited—even if the buyer and seller originally connected on Xaysi.
Secure Platform Transactions
Transactions completed through Xaysi are protected by safety measures including payment protection, dispute resolution support, and access to customer support resources.
Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Making offers to buy or sell items outside of Xaysi Marketplace
- Encouraging users to complete purchases through external platforms or venues
- Redirecting users off-platform via QR codes, links, or other methods
- Completing transactions initiated on Xaysi outside of our platform
- Modifying prices after a sale to circumvent fees, or misrepresenting an item’s location
Important Notice
Any transaction conducted outside of Xaysi Marketplace is not covered under our purchase protection, dispute support, or customer service.
For the safest experience, keep communication, payment, and order steps inside the platform so protections remain in place for both parties.
