By participating in the Xaysi Marketplace and its community areas, you agree to these guidelines as an extension of our Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Community spaces include both public and member-exclusive areas. To participate, users must be 18 years of age or older. Our community thrives on respect, inclusivity, and positivity—members agree to uphold these principles to keep the marketplace welcoming for all.

  • Always present yourself truthfully.
  • Misrepresentation or using fake identities is prohibited.
  • Treat all members with kindness and assume good intentions.

Positive Engagement

Creating a supportive community environment.

  • Refrain from publicly disparaging other sellers or businesses.
  • Do not post unsolicited advertisements or promotional content.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt another seller’s business.

Direct Messaging

Communicate using the Xaysi messaging system.

  • Keep messages respectful and professional.
  • No abusive, threatening, or discriminatory content.

  • Report inappropriate messages using “Report as Inappropriate”.

Branding & Events

  • Follow Xaysi Inc.’s branding guidelines.
  • Use of the Xaysi name/logo/trademarks must align with policies.
  • Unauthorized use of trademarks is prohibited.
  • Sellers are responsible for their own events.
  • Don’t suggest misleading affiliation with Xaysi.
