Listing Mature Content

Xaysi Inc. aims to keep the marketplace accessible and welcoming to a wide audience. Some items may include mature content that isn’t suitable for everyone. If you list mature content, you must follow the guidelines below.

Mature Content Categories

Mature content is classified into three primary categories:

1. Nudity

  • Nudity is permitted under specific guidelines. The first thumbnail image must be obscured so sensitive areas (e.g., gluteal cleft and female nipple/areola) are not visible.
  • Acceptable methods include opaque censor bars or blurring so details are indistinguishable.
  • Explicit nudity is prohibited in public areas of your account (username, avatar, shop homepage).

2. Sexual Content

  • This includes items intended for sexual activity or wellness. Examples may include:
    • Adult toys and accessories
    • BDSM gear
    • Sex furniture
  • Non-graphic depictions may be allowed (no visible genitalia). The first image/thumbnail must not be explicit.
  • Graphic sexual content must be tagged as “mature.”

3. Graphic Materials

  • This includes violent/gory imagery or extreme profanity. Examples may include:
    • Extreme profanity (text or graphics)
    • Graphic depictions of bodies in violent or grotesque states
    • Explicit taxidermy images showing disturbing features
  • Graphic content is not allowed in public account sections.

Listing Requirements

  • Mark mature listings clearly using the “mature” label.
  • First image must follow obscuration rules. Additional images may show more detail but should not be used in public-facing account areas.
  • Prohibited uses: Mature content in usernames, avatars, or shop homepages may lead to enforcement actions.

Enforcement and Compliance

Xaysi Inc. may remove listings that don’t adhere to these guidelines. Actions may include:

  • Warnings or account suspension
  • Removal of non-compliant listings
  • Account termination for repeated or severe violations

Listing Image Guidelines

Xaysi Inc. prioritizes trust and transparency between sellers and buyers. Listing images should be authentic and high quality. By uploading images, you confirm you have the rights to use them and that they comply with relevant policies (including intellectual property and prohibited items rules).

1. Use Original Photos

Sellers should upload original, accurate images of the product being sold. Images must represent the actual item offered and reflect true condition, quality, and quantity. Accepted images include:

  • Photos you personally took
  • Photos taken by a third party on your behalf

Listings that misrepresent the item may be penalized or removed.

2. Exceptions to Using Original Photos

In limited cases, stock photos or mockups may be used. These rules apply:

2.1 Personalized or Customized Items

For personalized products (e.g., engravings, monograms), the primary image must show the actual finished product.

Prohibited as primary images:

  • Blank, uncustomized items
  • Mockups with placeholder text (e.g., “Your Text Here”)

Additional images may show mockups to demonstrate options. If you use a customer review photo, you must obtain explicit consent from the buyer.

2.2 Products Made with Production Partners

  • Custom designs: primary image must accurately show the finished product.
  • Printed designs: stock photos or mockups may be acceptable to represent the final product.

Uploading images confirms you have the rights to the photos and they don’t infringe third-party IP. Violations may lead to listing removal or seller account restrictions.
