1. Shipping Responsibilities

As a seller on the Xaysi Inc. Marketplace, you are responsible for packaging and shipping sold items. If you use a fulfillment or third-party shipping service, you still retain full responsibility for delivery.

By selling on Xaysi Inc., you agree to:

  • Accurate Shipping Information: Provide a precise “ships from” address and clearly outline shipping costs and processing times.
  • Timely Shipping: Ship each item within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise specified. If more time is needed, inform the buyer and secure consent before extending processing time.
  • Compliance with Regulations: Follow local and international shipping/customs laws and provide accurate descriptions and values for international shipments.
  • Ship to Provided Address: Always ship to the buyer’s address provided at checkout.
  • Mark as Shipped: Mark orders as shipped after dispatch. If using Xaysi labels, orders may be auto-marked when the label is generated.
  • Shipping Fees: Ensure shipping charges are accurate, or offer free shipping.
  • Tracking Information: Provide tracking details; Xaysi may share tracking per the Privacy Policy.

If an order is undelivered, you must provide valid proof of shipment showing it was sent to the buyer’s checkout address.

2. Shipping Labels through Xaysi Inc.

Sellers in select countries (e.g., United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland) may purchase shipping labels through Xaysi Inc. By using Xaysi shipping labels, you agree to:

  • Exclusive Use for Marketplace Orders: Labels are only for orders placed on Xaysi Inc.
  • No Reselling or Transfer: Labels are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
  • Carrier Terms: You must comply with the carrier’s terms. Xaysi is not liable for transit issues (delays, damage, loss).
  • Refunds for Labels: Refunds for unused labels follow the carrier’s refund policy.
  • Information Sharing with Carriers: You consent to sharing necessary details with carriers for fulfillment per the Privacy Policy.

3. Return Shipping Labels

Sellers who accept returns can purchase return shipping labels for U.S. shipments, subject to specific conditions. For more details, refer to the help center.
